Why we started
Too many service businesses — contractors, lawyers, healthcare providers, local shops — are getting burned by agencies that charge a lot, deliver little, and hide behind vanity metrics. We started Keenan Digital to change that: give small and mid-size businesses access to the same calibre of SEO and marketing strategy that enterprise brands take for granted.
How we work
We don't do account managers. When you work with us, you work with the strategist who's actually doing the work. That means faster decisions, clearer communication, and no lost context between handoffs.
Our process is simple: audit → strategy → execute → report → iterate. We tell you what we're doing and why. If something isn't working, we say so and adjust.

Where we're based
We're based in Saint John, NB, and work with clients across Canada, the US, and the UK. Most of our work is remote-first — what matters is the quality of strategy and communication, not the timezone.
